Every plan includes a commercial street address for the business · photo of every envelope, mail scanned and shredded · free mail pickup, forwarding by request · phone & meeting rooms available on virtual office.
Your address is a real, staffed commercial building, and it goes live within 24 hours of sign-up. After that you can put it on your filings, your bank application, and your mail right away.
Our six partner cities share one Virtual Office plan: $70/month, or $58/mo billed yearly ($699/year) — no premium-city surcharge. Silicon Valley, the one location we run ourselves, has three plans: Virtual Business Address 30 from $14.99/month ($149/year), Virtual Business Address 60 from $19.99/month ($199/year), and Virtual Office at $39.99/month ($399/year, $33/mo billed yearly). Yearly plans save 17%.
Shredding, a photo of every envelope, and free mail pickup are included on every plan, and junk mail doesn't count. Scanning depends on the plan: our partner-city Virtual Office plan includes 100 incoming items and 100 scans a month; in Silicon Valley, Virtual Office includes 60 incoming items and 60 scans a month, and Virtual Business Address 30/60 includes 30 or 60 incoming items with open & scan at $1.99 per item (no per-page fee). Forwarding is at carrier cost with no handling fee. No setup fee, no deposit.
No — the plan covers your address, the building, and mail handling, not desk time or meeting rooms. If you do need a room or a desk, email hello@saveoffice.io and we'll tell you what we can arrange at your building. Our Silicon Valley location, which we run ourselves, includes two meeting-room hours a week.
Yes. It's a real commercial street address you can use as your business address to register your company, apply for an EIN, and file with your state. One thing to know: every state also requires a registered agent with an address inside that state, and that's a different thing from your business address. We don't provide registered agent service, so you'll arrange that separately.
Yes. When mail arrives we scan the envelope and email you, usually within 24 hours. From your dashboard you can open and scan it, forward it, or shred it — so you never miss a time-sensitive letter.
Yes. Legal notices, court documents, and state or IRS mail all come to your address, and you're alerted the moment they land. One exception: official service of process — being formally served with a lawsuit — goes to your registered agent, not your business address. That's a separate role we don't provide, so you'll arrange a registered agent separately.
Most customers use their save office address for D-U-N-S registration and platform verifications like Apple Developer Organization, Amazon, Stripe, and Shopify. Since each platform checks a little differently, email hello@saveoffice.io if one has an unusual requirement and we'll share what we typically see.
That's a common request. Tell us who's asking and what they need, and we'll let you know what we can provide to back up your application.
The monthly plan is month-to-month with no minimum term — cancel whenever you want, no penalty. Yearly plans run for the year you've paid for, so if you'd like to cancel one, just get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
A P.O. Box is just a box at the post office, and banks and state agencies generally require a physical street address instead — so a P.O. Box usually won't work for a business registration or a bank application. Our addresses are real commercial street addresses in staffed buildings, and USPS classifies all seven as commercial.
Of course. Our addresses are real commercial buildings, and you can use one purely for personal mail — subscriptions, online orders, DMV paperwork, or anything you would rather not send to your home. You do not need a business to sign up.
Learn more about personal use →Yes. save office is built for founders outside the US as well as US residents — you can sign up from anywhere, with no SSN, ITIN, or US visit required. Your mail is scanned online and can be forwarded worldwide.
See if this fits your situation →Yes, for the filings you submit from now on. State business filings are public record, and whatever address you write on them gets indexed by search engines and copied by data-broker sites. If you use a save office address in those fields, the address that becomes public is a commercial building instead of your home. Two limits you should know upfront: filings you already made stay in state archives, and whether your name appears on a filing is set by your state's rules, not by the address. We sell an address, not anonymity.
