Run by us
Complaints in this business are always the same: mail that sat for a week, a scan that never arrived, a package thrown out. They happen when nobody at the company you paid can walk over and look at your mail. Silicon Valley is the location we run ourselves, so we can. Here is what we will do there.

Your mail arrives at our office and we scan it that day. You are not waiting for another company to get to it.
You see what arrived before we open anything. We open a letter when you ask us to, and shred it when you tell us to.
We wrote the software that runs the mail room. Your mail never passes between two companies, which is where mail usually gets lost.
Write to us at night and someone replies by morning. That person can walk over and look at your actual mail.
Some agencies and insurance companies send a person to the address to check that the business is real. Our staff is there to meet them, and we tell you the visit happened.
When you sign up we send you the mail service agreement, your Form 1583, and a letter confirming the address. If a bank asks for proof, you already have it.
You get a business phone number, and you can book meeting rooms in the same building. Both are in the price.
When something arrives we email you a photo of the envelope within half an hour, so a time-sensitive letter does not sit unread.
If you want mail sent outside the US, you pay what the carrier charges. We do not add a handling fee on top.
Cancel whenever you want. There is no fee to leave and no phone call to sit through.
Silicon Valley is where American tech companies get built. San Jose is the largest city in the Bay Area and the commercial center of Santa Clara County. Palo Alto, a few miles north, sits between Stanford and Sand Hill Road. When someone looks up an address here, they see a technology company.
That matters in a few specific places: the address on your LLC filing, your EIN application, your business bank application, and the platform checks that ask where your company operates. A Silicon Valley address is a real commercial street address, not a P.O. box, so it works where P.O. boxes get rejected.
Mail is scanned and posted to your dashboard, usually within 24 hours of arriving. Open it, forward it, or shred it from anywhere in the world.
