What exactly is the Silicon Valley address?

It's a real commercial street address in the San Jose–Palo Alto area, with your own private suite number. As with most virtual office providers, the exact street address and suite are assigned and sent to you when your account is activated, rather than published on the website — that keeps the address from being copied by people who haven't signed up. Can I use it to register an LLC in California?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can use the address on your California LLC filing, your EIN application, and your business bank application. California also requires a registered agent with a physical California street address — that's a separate role from your business address, and we don't sell registered agent service, so you'll want to arrange one. We're happy to explain how the two differ.

Will a bank accept it?

Accepted Answer

It's built for that. It's a real commercial street address, not a P.O. box or a mailbox-only address, which are what usually get turned down. Banks make their own decisions and each one checks differently, so we can't promise any specific bank will approve you. What we can promise: if a government agency or bank denies your registration or account because of the address or documents we provided, email us the written denial letter within 30 days and we'll refund 100% of what you paid for that address.

Why is this cheaper than your other cities?

Our other US addresses are operated with a partner, and that partner's pricing sets the $70/month rate. Silicon Valley is run directly by us, so there's no partner margin in the middle and we can pass the difference on. It's the same core service: a real commercial address, your own suite number, and 100 items, scans, and shreds every month.

What's included, and what isn't?

Included: a real Silicon Valley business address with your own suite number, 100 incoming mail items, 100 scans, and 100 shreds a month, free mail forwarding with postage included, and no setup fee or deposit. Junk mail doesn't count against your quota. Meeting rooms, a virtual phone number, fax, and reception are planned add-ons for this location and are not part of the price today — we'll tell you before anything changes.

Can I use another city instead, or add one later?

Yes. We also have addresses in New York (SoHo and NoMad), San Francisco, Delaware, Tampa, Washington DC, and Wyoming. Plenty of customers run more than one — a Silicon Valley address for how the company reads, a Delaware address for where it's registered. Ask us about pricing for more than one location.

Are scanning, forwarding, storage, and shredding included, or charged separately?

They're included. Every plan comes with 100 incoming mail items, 100 scans, and 100 shreds each month, plus free mail forwarding — and junk mail doesn't count. The price on the page is the price you pay: no setup fee, no deposit, no hidden add-ons.

Will I be notified of important mail like IRS letters, state notices, and bank verification?

Yes. When mail arrives we scan the envelope and email you, usually within 24 hours. From your dashboard you can open and scan it, forward it, or shred it — so you never miss a time-sensitive letter.
